Financial Stability
Your money matters. You’ll be paid twice monthly and we’ll never deduct taxes. You may be eligible for up to $20/day in a wage enhancement grant - that’s up to $5,200 annually with NO tax deductions!
Families will pay the Y directly and you’ll get a direct deposit of your entire earnings twice monthly from the YMCA. You’ll never have to chase down any missed payments. The Y covers financial administration work and parents who default on payments, so you won’t have to bear that burden.
